THE 27th MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION (BSEC) MEMBER STATES

(December, 15 2012 Istanbul)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The 27th Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the BSEC Member States  will be held at Adile Sultan Palace in Istanbul, on December 15, 2012.

2. ACCREDITATION

Members of the press who wish to cover the activities should apply for accreditation to the address below in person or e-mail, no later than Thursday, 13 December 2012 by 12:00 p.m.

a)     Members of the national press should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at) and attach a copy of their press card. Media members without this press card should apply with a letter of authorization from their media organization and a copy of their official ID cards.

b)     Resident members of the foreign press in Turkey should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at) and attach a copy of their press card.

c)     Members of the foreign press coming from abroad should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at) and attach a copy of their local press card, a letter of authorization from their media organization and a copy of their passport.

      3. ACCREDITATION CARDS

Members of the press who submit all the requested documents in due time can collect their accreditation cards in person on Friday, 14 December 2012, from the accreditation desk to be set up at lobby of the Le Meridien İstanbul Etiler Hotel, at between 09:00 -17.00

Turkish Radio-Television Co. (TRT) and Anadolu Agency (AA) are the official broadcasters of the meeting.
